How Our Cooperation Proceeds

Analysis of grounds and commencement of work
After you complete the questionnaire and your data are verified by our lawyers, an agreement for the provision of services is concluded. The company’s specialists conduct a search for documentary grounds in archives for your simplified acquisition of Romanian citizenship.
Preparation of a proper dossier
We carry out the full preparation of your dossier, which includes the collection and translation into Romanian of all documents, as well as assistance in restoring missing data with their subsequent legalization in Romania.
Submission of documents and receipt of the dosar number
We submit the full package of documents to the Ministry of Justice and obtain a personal number (dosar) for online tracking of the status of your application.
Obtaining citizenship

After issuance of the order, the company’s lawyers promptly arrange for you all internal Romanian documents:

  • Romanian-format birth certificate (Certificat de naștere);
  • certificate of address registration (Proces Verbal);
  • identity card (Carte de Identitate);
  • biometric international passport (Pașaport).

As a result, you obtain the status of a full citizen of Romania and the European Union within a period starting from 12 months.

If the parents subsequently entered into marriage


  • Parents’ marriage certificate + apostille
  • Certificate of dissolution of marriage + apostille (in case of divorce)
  • Where there have been multiple marriages, both documents are required for each of them
Option 3:

Standard package


  • Current duplicate of the marriage certificate + apostille
  • In the event of the death of one of the parents: birth certificate + apostille
Option 4:

Applicant’s marriage certificate

* If any document is unavailable or cannot be obtained in the country of residence, the issue may be resolved through our partners under a power of attorney for an additional fee starting from €150.
