User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter – “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the website https://pravostandart.com/ (hereinafter – “Website”) and the interaction between the User, the Website, and the Service Providers – independent specialists in the field of immigration law.

1. Definitions

  • Website – an online resource providing an informational and communication platform for connecting Users with Service Providers.
  • User – an individual who has completed the contact form on the Website.
  • Service Provider – an independent specialist (lawyer, attorney, notary, translator) providing services to the User.
  • Administrator – the owner of the Website responsible for its technical operation and processing of requests.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy and accept their terms.

2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must cease using the Website.

3. Purpose of the Website

3.1. The Website serves as an intermediary informational platform designed to:

  • Provide information about the services of immigration law specialists;
  • Transfer the User’s contact information to the selected Service Provider;
  • Organize initial contact and consultation.

3.2. The Administrator is not a party to the agreement between the User and the Service Provider, does not control the terms of service provision, and bears no responsibility for the quality, cost, or outcomes of the services.

4. Interaction Procedure

4.1. The User completes the feedback form, providing accurate information.

4.2. The Administrator forwards the information to the appropriate Service Provider.

4.3. The Service Provider contacts the User to conduct the consultation.

4.4. Following the consultation, the parties may enter into a direct service agreement outlining their rights and obligations.

4.5. Payment is made based on the invoice issued by the Service Provider.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

5.1. The Service Provider bears full responsibility to the User for the quality and results of the services provided, as well as compliance with professional standards and applicable law.

5.2. The Administrator:

  • Is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Service Providers;
  • Does not guarantee the successful resolution of the User’s legal issues;
  • Is responsible only for the technical functioning of the Website and the accurate transfer of data.

5.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Website and its content are provided “as is,” without any warranties.

6.2. The Administrator is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Malfunctions of the Website;
  • Errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by Service Providers;
  • Communication failures or actions of third parties;
  • Force majeure circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, logos, structure, and design elements of the Website are protected by copyright. Any copying, distribution, or use of materials without the Administrator’s written consent is prohibited.

Service Providers retain rights to materials they create while providing services to clients.

8. Confidentiality

All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Service Providers must ensure the confidentiality of information received from Users and use it solely for providing services.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which the Administrator is registered.

9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is submitted to the competent court at the Administrator’s place of registration.

10. Amendments

The Administrator reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always posted on the Website.
